I have a DV8 Nightmare thats under 2 years old that cracked 3/4 of the way around the ball. I have this ball in my den in a ball bag and I havnt used it since early summer league. I went to take it out and its cracked from the side of the thumb 3/4 of the way around the ball. I havent moved the ball since I put it away in July. Its never been in a hot place or a cold place...always room temp. Anyway I think im covered under the warranty and sent the info with pics to Brunswick. This is the 2nd DV8 ball that cracked on me. Anyone have this happen?

Yea, balls do crack sometimes. Not DV8, but pretty much every other brand I have owned has cracked. Even had a Legends World Class reactive crack, so none are immune to this problem.
Hope you get it replaced under warranty.

But when you have more balls than a distributor :) , some are bound to crack ...

That's how I see it. Just a numbers game. LOL
