Cracked Bridge plug shortcut
« on: March 14, 2020, 08:44:39 PM »
I have a ball with a cracked bridge I decided to repair. I removed the finger grips, wrapped them with plastic from 2 liter pop bottle and stuck them back in the holes sticking out a bit. Used plumbing clay above and below the crack to each hole. Worked like a champ. The little bit of plug poured just needs trimmed smooth and install grips.

It's kind of hard to visualize this. Any pictures?

I milled out about a 3/8" groove where it was cracked and just needed a little plug. Trimmed plug flush and bevel.

Thanks, it just needed a tiny bit of plugging and no need to redrill. Perhaps it could help somebody else. So for it worked.

Wow!

Nice job!
