Post by: blackburn1436 on December 14, 2008, 08:40:33 AM
My favorite ball ever cracked recently and I've only had the ball roughly 6 months got the ball from bowlingball.com. Anyone know of anything I can do. I'd just buy a new one but right now the ol wallet cant take that hit!

Never had much dealings with RotoGrip .. also haven't heard much about their balls CRACKING! If I were you I'd get hold of their CUSTOMER SERVICE group .. I'm sure they will help .. also think you should have posted this in their forum .. it will get more attention .. good luck!

Just another reason to buy from your local pro shop.  You would probably have it replaced by now.

yea I used to buy online but it really isnt worth it unless the shop has outrageous prices, but in that case go somewhere else if you can.

RotoGrip has replaced all my balls that have ever cracked. As long as it's under a year of pouring date, the ball is still under warranty. Contact your regional manager via their website, or stormbowling.com and see who your rep is and get ahold of them.. They've replaced all my equipment that have been disfunctional.
