bowling ball companies employees
« on: November 19, 2003, 06:52:53 AM »
i received an e-mail from a bowling ball company employee today. let's say he works for brand "x". this man used to be a ball rep but has moved up the corporate ladder because of his hard work and enthusiasm. the bowling industry needs more people like him---he took time out of his schedule to encourage me and offered his help. the funny thing is that he does not work for my preferred company. he works for a rival company and doesn't know me from adam. i always heard this man was a class individual and now there's no doubt in my mind. he asked me not to mention his name or company on this site and i won't betray that trust. we are lucky to have people like him in this business.

looking for ball company employment

I am ready to retire from my position as a supervisor as a civilian working for the U. S. Air Force.  I have been a PBA member for 33 years and would like to pursue a new career working as a ball rep or in sales for a ball company.  I have used equipment from every manufacturer and actually live just down the road from what most feel is the largest ball company in the world but i have never set a priority to one company.
I feel i have a great background in this area and would give any company who is willing to talk to me all that i have to do them a great job and as well i try to bowl as many PBA tournaments as i can fit into my schedule.  I am not looking at the PBA50 tournaments as well.  I feel that with my reputation in the immediate area as well as away when im traveling i would be a great ambassador for the company as well as being able to share my knowledge as well.
I hope to hear back from one of the companies and give me a chance to answer any questions they have and to give them a chance to hear back from my as well on my thoughts and how i would like to further my career in the bowling industry and have them be the main focal point of incentive.   Thanks you again.  I have a resume i would be more than happy to share when asked.

867 .. hope you are forwarding your resume to ball companies and not relying on this posting to get you connected!

Don .. no need to mention his name there's only one rep that would do what you define! There's none better!
RIP Thongprincess/Sawbones!
