Crossing Boards ( Took the Advice)
« on: February 17, 2004, 04:45:52 AM »
Awhile  there was a topic on here called crossing boards. It was about pushing the ball out and using a big hook rather then taking a tighter line and going straighter. I play on a hard slick wood surface, and my ball wasnt carrying the way i needed it too . Alot of you guys told me that by crossing the boards it would be harder to make a consistent shot since i was struggleing. So the last 2 weeks i practiced going straighter and faster and i really found a nice line to the pocket with my fear factor .  Last 2 weeks i bowled a 550 and a 600 series . May not sound like much to you guys but its a good start for me . So i wanted to post this to thank Sawbones and the others that took the time to try an help .  You guys know what your talking about .
