idiot at the bowling alley
« on: October 06, 2014, 02:27:43 PM »
I recently put a pink shoe lace on my left shoe for breast cancer. I lost a gf at the age of 31 - that was 11 years ago. Also, I had two aunties who lived through this ugly disease. Also, I use pink wrap (ace wrap) to protect my dry finger and pinky fingernail.

Anyway last night, an idiot (prolly from the gay league) made a comment about my "fashion statement" that it looks silly. I need some lessons on fashion or some sheet. He said it as he passed my pair and then turned and said something like - i want people to see how good I bowl with bright neon colors that don't match my shoes???? I didn't reply to his comment, just shook my head in disbelief.

I just can't believe some people. It briefly messed up my focus for a bit. Why do people get into other peoples business?  it's been 11 months since I knocked out someone because of their stupidity, but this guy isn't even worth it.   :P :( >:(

Does a round object have sides? I say yes, pizza has triangles..

aka addik since 2003

Famous quote by Abraham Lincoln that applies to those who MUST give their opinion even when it's not wanted:

"Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt."

Along with this one comes one from Dilbert:

"Never argue with an idiot. They'll drop you down to their level, then beat you with experience."

However, in the OP's case, it it be karma or bad thinking to see this guy introduced to the business end of Ken Griffey Jr.'s pink Breast Cancer Awareness Louisville Slugger bat?
