Can you tell me how to strengthen your wrist? I can only bowl on one league because of it. My weak wrist is prolly from years of machine operating. Now I'm a teacher

First, I bowled less games overall, got plenty rest. A friend of mine is a PT and she gave me some exercises to do. Here's a link similar to what she showed me.

Basically, all you need: a stick (like a broom stick 1.5" thick or thicker) about 1.5 ft long, a strong thin rope, and 5lb weight. Tie the weight with the rope at one end and tie the other end to the center of the stick.
Then, just like engaging the throttle on a motorcycle, roll the weight all the way up and then all the way down with arms extended slightly bent, palm side down. and pref in a "horse/sumo" stance. Focus on technique and importantly focus on your core. I'm pretty sure someone post on Youtube on how to do this exercise.
