I've got a bunch of used stuff on eBay. Most of it isn't plugged. I'm used to the Pro Shop including drilling in their plugging rate to develop repeat customers. Your shop shouldn't charge very much more to plug/resurface/drill a ball than it would to drill an outside ball....in my opinion.
