Anyone? I really need a designer, the design is very important, we want to present ourselves good. I have made 2 layouts and i really dont like either well any help would be great..

There were a few video hosting sites, like cristiandrichard.com (or something like that) and there was strikeshots.com but only one video works on that site, everything else sends you to an error page. WHAT HAPPENED?!?!?!
