Spare Shooting
« on: May 05, 2004, 07:17:56 PM »
Recently I had a converstaion with a friend of mine regarding spare shooting. I have a very high conversion rate ( fairly close to 99% ) the only real problem I have had is with the 10 pin but I seem to have sorted that out.

The thing is that I bowl at everything except the 10 pin with my strike ball. This friend of mine says that I should be bowling at ALL my spares with my plastic as most of the Pros do.Am I wrong to defend my method at bowling at spares as it works for me regardless of wether people think that is the "Correct" way or not?
I would have got away with it if it was not for those pesky kids (Behind my lane) and those blasted 10 pins.

depends,........on tougher shots you'll want to be able to throw at plastic all the time......take the lane out of play....

if you can do it though, then do it......
