Can anyone tell me what it is and is it worth a lot???? Or how much its worth.

Columbia remade the 1970's vintage yellow dot a few years back, and labeled it the legend.  I don't really get into these things, so I have no idea what if anything it might be worth.  Not much value unless somebody is interested in collecting.  I would think a true vintage yellow dot would be worth a lot more.
