Masters question
« on: October 29, 2004, 07:30:03 AM »
If a non-exempt player would win the ABC masters (or the US Open) they get multiple year exemptions to the tour. Would that count for the current year?

So if Tim Mack won could he bowl the whole season? If so does that reduce the number of local qualifying spots?

The other thing is that Pete Weber didn’t make the cut to match play so he will have to wait another year.

As far as the first part - it would count for next year, I believe. The field is determined for this year.

Pinbuster, I think Pete needs the Masters to complete the Grand Slam.
