US Open pattern
« on: August 06, 2011, 12:28:56 PM »
So final week of my first PBA experience league, and they told us they will be putting down the US Open pattern.
With a 40 foot flat pattern, what is the best way to attack this pattern.
I am a 15mpg speed,  lower rev player, likes to play up between 5 - 10 depending on oil.

Well ate a heavy dose of humble pie on the US Open pattern 127, 166, 138 for a 431.
Had one of those nights where I couldn't seem to hit my mark on a regular basis, and when I did I seemed to end up with a split.
One of the worst nights during this league.
Oh well a few weeks till THS shot leagues start up.
It was a blast trying things I normally wouldn't and met a good group of guys that joined the league to try something different.
We all said it was hard at times, but we all hoped to see better shot making this season.
