usbc ring award question?

are they only giving out 300 and 800 rings this year like last year? somebody told me they brought back the 299 and 298 ring this year.

was looking on bowl.com and could not find the answer.

They are not giving the 299 or 298 rings out but you can order one.

how about the 1 300 ring per career now as opposed to 1 per season? is that true? i've been looking for the answer to that for a while and i can't either. anyone know for sure?

ok, let's clear this up....

300 and 800 rings - once a season... usbc has not gone to once a lifetime... that's been brought up and discussed but they haven't gone through with it yet.. so, yes you can still get a 300 and/or 800 ring once per season...

298 and 299 rings - usbc is giving away 11 in a row trophies for these awards. however, you CAN purchase a 298/299 ring from keepsake.

unfortunately the USBC gives you the 11 in a row plaque.  I shot 298 last week and the plaque looked pretty cool.  First sanctioned honor score in a long time so I'm gonna get the plaque and pay for the ring.  I was trying to find a pic of the new award but cant seem to find one.  anyone have a pic?

They are giving away a Trophy for 11 in a row. I had a 279 (opened in the first and 11 in a row after) last week and the secretary said something about a trophy.
