these new Patterns are mean and Nasty. On Cheetah now, Chameleon left me in shambles and Cheetah is about to give me a Fatality Finisher like in "Mortal Kombat." This is not my first year of PBAX I have bowled on them in various houses and leagues the last 4 years. And before that on a Sport League for a few years. This year though is one of the more challenging since I started. Being more of a power guy the inside is my wheeel house Long patterns are my friend. But being forced to the right and playing out is and always has been a challenge.
I used to be decent on Chameleon, starting shallow and working deeper with strong ball and weak release, With drier and longer Chamleon I was forced right and struggled, I have always been best inside outside so so.
Cheetah I have always had my issues with, hit or miss at best, sometimes I light them up like a slot machine, other times I am DOA. Last two weeks DOA. With the extra Volume in the down lane farther (more at 22 feet) than Viper and Chameleon I cant get way in and use the dry middle with a weak ball drilled strong, I find myself and again right trying to get better at playing up the outside.
I am not saying I dislike the challenge, the reason I am their is to learn and become better, and In the end I will be better for taking the challenge but for right now I am kinda bummin about my last 4 weeks of bowling.
thx Needed to get this off my chest.
