What do you use for a spare ball?
« on: May 31, 2005, 12:01:41 AM »
I've recently realized I don't like the "feel" of my present spare ball, a Zone plastic.  This is mostly due to the drilling, I think, and rather than plug and redrill it would almost be just as easy to buy a new one.  So what are some good ones to use?  Maybe something that has just a little hook that I could use for dry conditions as well?

Roto's Spare Tire.

It also works very well as my dry lane ball.

I just bend my wrist back and throw straight with my Original inferno(polished). I have a blue Quantum spare ball that was given to me but it is 16lb so I don't use it. I reeeeaaaaalllly want a storm ABA basketball, wish storm would start making them again. Whenever I see them on eBay people must think they are made of gold. Seen them go for more than $200- that's crazy.

I use a Target Zone for spares and haven't had any issues with it throughout the season.

Roto Grip Spare Tire. Looks great and gets a lot of attention.
