What's the best software out there for running brackets?

That's what I use.  Unless your bracket software gets its scores from the house's computer, you still have to either run around collecting scores or get a printout from the house with the scores on it and enter them manually.  Unless you're doing dozens of brackets, do it by hand.

I used the CDE BLS 2006 Pro for running brackets for our Local Women's City tournament. It was easy to use and I was able to bowl and run the brackets without problems.

They also offer a separate brackets program.
