arm problem (not swing)
« on: February 11, 2005, 12:55:06 PM »
i have been bowling allot lately and it seems like when i do anything over hand like playing dodge ball for gym class or having a snow ball fight my arm get really fatigued fast and it like becomes dead barely can write with a pencil but i can bowl all day long and my arm would be fine.

Have any you experience this?

No, haven't experienced it personally, but i'm guessing you can bowl because you have a free armswing, so gravity does all the work.  In the overhand activities, your body is fighting against gravity, so that would fatigue you more quickly.

I suppose.

Im worried that bowling could be causing it, seance my arm is trained to do this one movement every day which is to bowl i don't play baseball or anything like that, idk.
