Open the door...see what's possible...and just walk right on through...that's how easy success feels...
I've been using your quote when teaching yoga, bowling, weight loss...
Actually, it's taken me to the brink in bowling...
I bowled with a guy for 35-40 years, who just passed away this year.
He used 12-13# equipment, and had a ton of 299-300 games...with light equipment.
I had drilled up a 13# ball when I was in my late 40s, and threw it a couple of times and gave up on it.
I have been throwing 14#, with better pin carry than my 15# stuff.
I saw your sig line, while I was on the fence, about changing to 13#...
I drilled up a 13# Brunswick Red Alert Grande (International), ball carries phenomenally...I've always left a lot of 10s, and 6s, and a few 7s....
I throw about 17-up-to-21 mph on the high end, so of course everyone (even my coach) said it wasn't a good idea... My coach can't believe the carry I have with the ball...Of course, I have to roll the ball more and try not to whack it...
Lot of bowlers my age (61) and over should be throwing 14# equipment...or 13#...
They don't understand, that it's easier to get hand in the ball, easier to get more revs, more speed and length...
Thanks for the sig line....I know some BR users don't particularly care for it...
But it is very positive.....
