Do these words about SOB still hold true?
« on: July 04, 2011, 09:31:55 PM »
The so-called System of Bowling was unveiled 20 years ago, and I commented on its progress in a column six years later.

Don't the words expressed in that 1997 column still ring true today?

Sunshine, why do you always seem to be so confrontational? I don't always agree with what Fish posts but I don't see anything objectionable in the way he posts. Why don't you just respond to Fish and others without being smart alecky? Words in a forum like this shouldn't get you or anyone so wound up. Calm down a bit if you can.

If Obamacare is so great why are so many waivers being asked for and given?

Very objectional.  Doesn't make any sense.  Dosesn't matter to anybody.  What am I or anybody else to think about these guys?  It's just so much stupidity.  I'm guessing you must know the Fishwrap.  Plus, I've witnessed his act on bowl.com in the ABC/USBC forum before he got banned.  Just don't want it or need it here.

"Based on what you've said, if you feel that I'm an idiot, what do you think of Jeff Henry, Kevin Dornberger and Chris Cooper?"

Don't believe in the Uzi, it just went off in my hand.  I, I believe in love.

SOB was the first attempt to come up with an objective oil pattern based on research.  While the resin ball may have made it obsolete before it was ever totally implemented, it paved the way for the introduction of sport patterns, and their evolution.  Today all serious bowlers embrace the PBA and Kegal tournament patterns.  SOB was the first imperfect, but important step in the direction of a more competitive playing environment.

Dear Sunshine n Lollipops:

Just what source are you relying on when you say that I was banned from the bowl.com forums?

I can assure you (and everyone) that I'VE NEVER BEEN BANNED from any bowling discussion forum.

Therefore, your source is TOTALLY UNINFORMED ... or YOU ARE JUST MAKING IT UP ... or you are simply delusional and/or a liar.
