Mostly breakpoint, sometimes pins.

What he said, plus I also drop my eyes to the foul line as I walk, like Wes Malott. I visualize the line I want to play and then walk towards the place I want to finish. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

it depends. if i'm playing a true down and in line i'll use the arrows. if i'm swinging the ball i'll use the arrows and a breakpoint area.

Arrows!!!! I find it helps with playing on tougher lane conditions than playing breakpoint!!!

Both.  I target a spot at the arrows with a breakpoint I want.  So I'll look at the second arrow (10 board) knowing I want to get the ball out to 5 at the 40 foot mark.  Once the ball hits my target, I follow it to see if I hit my break or not.

Both. On the approach I look at the arrows first, second the breakpoint, third the pocket and right before I release the ball my eyes are on the board where I want the ball to land.

it depends when i want to get my ball down and into rolling...if i am normally playing up the boards i look closer to the arrows soi  can get my ball into its roll sooner, but normally when i am in i have to get the ball down the lane so i end up looking at my break point

For targeting, the arrows, or a spot on the lane in this area. A bit further down when I want more length.
Anyway, after the ball passes the intended target, I watch what it actually does, where it breaks and how it moves, to plan adjustments. But basic targeting is just the arrows.

Arrows for strike shots and spares but I target the shadows of the pins on the deck (specifically for pesky corner pins)

arrows/boards and point towards a break point area but I concentrate of the ball rolling over the arrows/boards and hope to have my swing in the direction I need to get it out to.. Like to use an area for left side pin spares though.
