Reverse Finger Pitch

I used Turbo finger grips that are supposedly at 0.  If you have reverse please answer the following: Why? What before? Difference to your finger, hand, release? Thanks. We bowlers have to stick together.

Everybody's hands are different.  If your fingers aren't very flexible, reverse finger pitch can relieve some stress and pain.  Also it can help get your hand out of the ball a little quicker and cleaner if you have a tendancy to want to "help" the ball a little too much and try to hit it at the bottom of the swing too hard.

I have a 1/4 reverse with oval grips and it still allows me plenty of lift without finger pad blistering. I was at 0 but had blistering issues during long formats. Others I know use anywhere from 0 to 3/4 reverse.

I don't use grips, but have 5/8 reverse (RF) and 3/4 reverse (MF).  My finger joints are very stiff from jamming them multiple times playing ball when I was a kid and bowling for 45 years.  Before I learned to fit and drill both fingers had 1/4 forward pitch, and my joints stayed sore all the time.  I changed the pitches, didn't lose any revs, and my joints don't hurt any more.  I very seldom put a customer into forward finger pitches but frequently use reverse.  --  JohnP

I have 1/8 reverse in my fingers and use the power side of Turbo Quads which has a 1/8" taper, so I guess theoretically you could say I have 0 f/R pitch in my fingers.

I have reverse thumb pitch because I have a stiff thumb.

Rarely do fingers bend at a 90 degree angle.
