The two youtube channels I usually go to for recordings of the PBA telecasts don't seem to have it up.

Any other sources?

I haven't even read who won yet, so please don't spoil it  :D

I'm interested to see it.  I know who wins, but I still want to watch anyway.

One is in my DVR!

I thought it was on my cable about 3 times this week, maybe 4.

if you don't pay for cbs sports channel from your cable or sattelite provider I think we have to wait for an upload

Yeah, I don't have cable at all.  Netflix and Hulu have a lot stuff, but they sure don't carry bowling broadcasts.

Would be nice if my cable provider even carried the channel.  But you can't pay for something they don't offer..  You can't go to Buger King and PAY for a Big Mac and still get it.

I think it's really dumb for the PBA, who really needs a lot of help, to have telecasts on a channel that nobody has.  They're either paying too much to ESPN, or they're on a channel I didn't even know existed until I was trying to find it.

Just curious why everyone is whining NOW, when it was announced this series would be on the CBS Sports network 2 months ago or even longer????

While I admit, I would also be annoyed if I couldn't get the station, I would have been annoyed and searching for options TWO MONTHS AGO, not now.

FYI I was very annoyed way back when I learned I had to pay extra on my cable and now my satellite system to get ESPN originally, when it was free for the previous 40 years on ABC.

I didn't mean to sound whiny. I was just curious.  I've been watching recordings of all PBA telecasts for several years, but my sources have been failing lately.

Here in Bergen County, NJ, Cablevision is the service provider and carries CBS Sports on Channel 143.

I had no clue, I never heard about it.  On this site all the time and in a bowling alley 3 or 4 times a week, never saw anything, heard anything, saw any commercials, etc.  I didn't even know they HAD summer tournaments going until Motiv sent me an email saying Peters would be throwing their new ball on the telecast.

Then, of course, it's understandable.
I must have put my email in the PBA's mailbox, as I get notices about this and every show. I even reminded some friends about 2 or 3 weeks ago. I should have posted something here, as I also don't recall seeing any posts regarding it, but then there's been hardly any comments here about most of the past PBA season. Sorry you missed it. and CBS has been showing the repeats a lot, but on their own station.

Ah, ok, that would explain something . . but honestly, when they start televising stuff like this, they've gotta advertise it more than on the PBA website.  I don't look at the PBA website during the summer because there's never anything interesting to see.  Now that I know there is, I might start, but if I'd ever see a commercial or advertisement somewhere, that might help.  Might get the winner more than 8000 bucks too . . what a joke.
