I will try to help you as much as possible. As I former stroker I will give you some info. These are all typical answers and you must understand there are exceptions:
closed stance to keep your shoulders square to the arrows.
i throw the ball fairly fast-so earlier rolling drills worked for me, if you are slower speed you may want to consider later rolling drills.
high rg is balls made for length, low rg is earlier reving.
as for symmetrical or asymmetrical, experiment if you can and find what works for you.
strokers typically have the advantage during marathon style tournaments, b/c it is easier to adjust and line up pair to pair.
