Title: Does anyone ever do this?

Just wondering if anyone out there compares older balls(in new or almost new condition, not a zillion games old where you know the new ball will roll rings around it) against the newer ones to see how much difference there really is between them.  Examples of such a test if i was doing them would be

Classic Zone v Danger Zone

Killer Instinct v TimberWolf

Sheer Havoc v Heat2 solid

Dry Heat v Blue Triton

Depth Charge v FireStorm

Cranberry Buzzsaw v Teal Buzzsaw

Throttle v Solid Cuda/C

Yes, I urinate on my ball...it doesn't give me better reaction or make my hands tougher.  It just makes me fell better.
