How many of you are brand loyal? Ive for the better part of my bowling career have always tried to assemble an arsenal within the same company or the umbrella of a company. But the more I see there really isn't the big gap from one brand to the next as far as ball motion. Think back 10 to 15 years ago; Brunswick was always rolly Storm was long and hook, Ebonite in between with longevity issues. Now we see Motiv come in with a slow start but after the primal take off and now we have so many good pieces coming out from each company. That being said I find myself putting an arsenal based on the ball instead of what brand it's under because every company is putting out great equipment. So unless your a staff member does it matter to you what company of ball you throw or do you stull tend to rely on one company and if so why?

Threw Brunswick brands primarily for years before switching to Ebi brands recently.  What I noticed in the change was absolutely nothing. Plenty of new Ebi brands equipment I tried I constantly said "hey this reminds me of the Brunswick…. "

The reason I like to stay within a brand umbrella is ease of going from ball or price point to another across the board.

I've also tried Global,  Motiv, and Roto Grip.  They were fine. Nothing that stood out enough that I'd feel I was missing out or at a disadvantage.

For example nobody does true urethane better than Visionary (Faball guys) imo.  Also for reactives Pyramid makes some decent dirt cheap balls that fly under the radar.
