A first for me :)

After 32 years of bowling, I *finally* rolled a Dutch 200 last night.  I had to finish the 10th on the lane where I threw all of my strikes, and I decided to be honest about the finish and not throw off just to say I got the Dutch.

I struck on the first shot, and thought to myself "Great, I'm going to screw it up in the 10th again."  The second shot, just like the first... stone 8 pin  I have never been more nervous throwing at an 8 pin in my life, because I didn't want 199!

I'm excited, can you tell??

Congrats...if you had to leave a stone 8, that was the ideal place.....

I used to bowl in a league that had a "222" pot...Obviously, if  you shot exactly 222 you won whatever $$ had accumulated in the pot....Funny some of the "misses" you would suddenly see when guys were trying to hit the magic number.......

Man, why can't we have that pot?  Last year in the city tournament I shot back-to-back 222's in doubles and another in team event.  I'd be all over that money.

Congrats, White Dot.  That's one of those awards I've never won but think is pretty cool to get.  Nice bit of spare shooting on your part.

Nice job!  I haven't gotten one, but i'd prefer the 300, 7 and 8 first.

i was a strike away from an all-spare game 2 weeks ago. solid pocket strike in the 1st frame, and ALL  1-pin leaves to the end... 6 sevens, 2 tens, 2 six'ers.
