what ball specs r needed to have a ball drilled up with the duoble thumb drilling?

Back to our regularly scheduled bowling program ----

CG should be in the thumb positive quadrant by a large margin, so the necessary weight hole has to be low and opposite the thumb hole, preferably, I'd imagine, below along the VAL.
