Double thumb layout

What exactly is it? If it really is a hole near the thumb, is it relative to your PAPV

I'd like more info also.  I have a Dynamo with a double thumb, but I was told it works best on a long pin to CG distance.       hopefully we can get some expert advice.

To add a bit. This really isn't a new type of drilling. Mo just named it recently .
