How slow is the USBC office?  I paid my wife's USBC sanction online back on 8/25/10 and the payment of $21.00 has yet to post to my bank account and her card has yet to arrive.  Are they really that slow and disorganized that they can't get sanction cards sent out and payments cleared?  I sent them an email and I have yet to hear back from their offce.
