First is it possible to get weights legal if you drilled out a cg?

Technically, you cannot "drill out" a CG. The CG marker just indicates the ball's heavy spot before punching holes into it, and therefore shifting the internal weight distribution around. You can not "kill" the CG, just move it around within legal limits or try to kill/neutralize it.

Furthermore, pin, CG and MB positions are ALWAYS relative to the user's PAP. Therefore, any "interpretation" of your layout is just a wild guess without knowing some more data about the respective ball user. Could be long and snappy, or a strong arc. MANY factors involved.

look I understand that its relative and im just talking about in general kinda like in general  or most of the time pin up reacts one way and pin down another way. and if you drill out a mb it generally changes a reaction in this way .  Im just trying to find out what kind of changes this would potentially make, and if anyone has tried it
