Lol, I should have given more info. I have a high track actually, my first flare ring usually is around an inch from my thumb, and about the same from my fingers. Maybe I'm thinking that 5 inches is longer than it actually is. I prefer pin above fingers, cg kicked out about two inches. That would end up at about 5 inches, correct? I suppose the way Rick was talking made it seem longer. As it is, I need a pin-cg distance of at least 3 inches. My boss and I have a ball roll that is almost identical, we like and dislike all the same balls. Stacked layouts and I never got along except with my old El Nino 2000 and my Shock Trauma.
On a different note, my Viper is drilled about 2 1/2 x 4 or so. I absolutely love the reaction. Starts reading a little early, although I attribute that somewhat to the core, but just a nice arc/snap to it. Sooo, maybe I overthought myself on this again. I've never measured my pap, admittedly, maybe I'll do that tomorrow. On a side note of interest, what kind of reaction would this layout produce?

The only difference between youth and adult leagues are that the big boys are allowed to whine. They're more entertaining anyway.
