Bowling Ball Spinner
« on: December 18, 2008, 03:52:10 PM »
I am looking to buy a ball spinner, but I didn't want to spend a ton of money (less than $300).  What spinners out there would you recommend?  I need it to clean and polish bowling balls.  nothing fancy. I'm just tired of trying to apply the ball polish by hand.

Thanks in advance for the replies.

Vertex! Ours is still doing great after about 7 years at 'proshop use'.

www.VertexMold.com

We like the spinner so much we have paired it with our maintenance products. We have 3 spinner packages on our website, they all include a 1/2hp. spinner and our products.

I use an Innovative 2 speed spinner, had it for 10 years, love it, never had a problem whatsoever.  Good luck finding one under $300, though, I think the same one I have runs around $500-600 now.  On edit, I found two different models here, the single speed and the two speed model (both well over $300):

Super deal for a great spinner. Even better if you can go and pick it up.

IMO, spending that much money is not necessary for a personal (home) ball spinner. The Innovative is more for commercial (pro shops) and such and its worth every penny if thats what your looking for..

The Vertex 1/2 hp single speed spinner will work out just fine for cleaning and polishing like the origonal poster is wanting to do..
