How many 300's have you "choked" away?
« on: December 18, 2008, 04:51:11 AM »
Stemming from another's topic, I post the question:

How many 300's have you "choked" away? Last ball only situations. 10 in a row doesn't mean squat.

I've "choked" one for a 296 (out of three possible).

I wouldn't consider it choking if you left a solid back row pin.

My first attempt was a 297.  First 11 were probably the best executed balls I've ever thrown in a row.  The last was outside and slow for a 4-6-10.  Since then, I have a percentage I'd like to maintain.

22-300's

11-299's  I've left every pin in the back row at least once.
          Along with one 6 pin.

2-298's   With a 6-8 split and a 6-10.

1-297     6-8-10 split.

One year I had the front 11 6 times and didn't finish the job.
