Is continuation marketing hype?
Before Mo Pinel went to Radical, he said continuation is nothing but marketing bullpucky. Which is lying.
http://forum.bowlingchat.net/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=6788&hilit=Continuation+bullpucky+RantOnce he was at Radical, he started using the term in descriptions of their balls.
Shortly after a definition magically appeared:
Continuation is a longer, more gradual hook. That is not related to the total amount of the change of direction of the ball.
So is it marketing hype? I'm all depends on who is saying it.
Almost every time a new ball comes out, it has more continuation than the last. If that was true the balls would be shooting out the back of the building like cannon balls.
