I have Dupuytren’s Contracture in the ring finger of my right (bowling) hand and was wondering if others have this problem and what they did about it.

I read bgh's comments and they are helpful but from around 2014.

I have gone to the Sarge Easter drilling and that seems to be helpful but any other tips  would be appreciated.
