Have anyone experience with the elememt and the thing ? Let me know the driling and reaction .

Yes, got 'em both.  Thing is a smoothish pearl/solid, that wants to read to the midlane.  The Element is a stronger ball, more angular, with a backend like J-Lo.  Both are drilled about the same, 4.5x4.
