For ME !!! personal opinion

LOW= 2.44-2.52
MED= 2.53-2.56
HIGH=2.57---->

The HIGHER the RG...the longer it takes for the ball to get into a roll (IN GENERAL)  Lower = revs sooner...etc.....imagine the ball spinning around a ball in the core (the core) ...the smaller the ball the faster or quicker it could spin around it right ? that would = low RG .......etc.....the bigger the ball the higher.........

A good mental image I received in explaining RG is this.

Imagine a 5lb weight attached to one end of a one foot rod.  Now place an axle through the weight and attempt to spin it.  This will spin very easily, very quickly.  this is low RG.

Take the same set up, but remove the axle from the weighted end, and put it at the NON weighted end.  Attempt to spin.  This set up takes more effort to spin and doesn't spin as quickly.  This is high RG.

Can't help with the numbers.
