Did the math a little differently. In most league environments that have a relaxed (but not slow) pace, a pair with two full, five-person teams generally finishes about a game an hour (180 minutes). Four people would be 80% (4/5) of that or 144 minutes about 2 hours 25 minutes.
At nationals, the ten bowlers per pair are given 2 hours and 20 minutes to finish three games (140 minutes) which is easily accomplished when everyone is ready to bowl when it is their turn and 1 lane courtesy is observed. While this isn't a rushed pace, it is efficient. Doing the same math 80% (4/5) of 140 minutes is 112 minutes or 1 hour and 52 minutes.
Splitting the difference between the two, it should not be unreasonable to expect a 4-person team to finish three games in 2 hours and 10 minutes.
