Growing up the outside line was my bread and butter shot. I never had to play inside of second arrow for most house shots. When I got to college and watched many righties spraying the ball from 4th and 5th arrow out, I learned why it was important sometimes to move inside of 4th arrow for better carry and to get a fresh line on the lanes. When we would bowl in Atlantic City over Christmas vacation you would bowl in conditions where every game you may move to a pair where straight up 3 works, then next game play 25-15, then the following game a small 10 to 6 shot... so as a result I am not afraid to play anywhere on the lane, even if I'm the only wrongsider on the pair.
