I saw one of these at a tourney a couple weeks ago. Some dude was showing it off, although I don't think he threw it in competition. Kinda cool...

used for physically challenged the handle retracts into the ball on a spring...For those that do not have the hand strength to hold traditionally 2 or three holes

I was told that a guy that I use to bowl league with here in San Diego  (different team though) designed the bowling ball and sold the rights.  He is still throwing a ball with the handle and his hand is disabled.

a guy in the pro shop and trophy house in hopkinsville ky makes them.. ive talked to him before extremely nice guy and heck of a ball driller.. he has a son as well that is disabled which is the only reason hes still in the pro shop drilling balls.
