EBay experiences shipping bowling balls to PR

Anybody have a buyer from PR, what is the cheapest way to ship to Puerto Rico. I had a buyer from PR win one of my auctions and I had a flat rate shipping of $24.95 and intl shipping off. Any info from sellers would be appreciated. Thanks.

USPS I changed my listings to say "flat rate shipping in continental U.S. all others pay actual shipping"

I think it was $40- $50 insured last time I shipped to PR.
