Ebay issue
« on: April 19, 2007, 08:56:54 AM »
Okay, so I was looking for a oracle vision.  Seller has one(so I thought) up for auction.  I noticed the description said oracle, but not vision.  So, I emailed the seller to clear up the issue.  I waited for awhile, but didn't get an answer so I bid on and won the ball while I was gone.  I missed out awhile back on an oracle vision NIB, so I didn't want to chance it.

I get home and find out is the original oracle, not the vision.  I emailed the seller and said I didn't want the original oracle.  I'm still waiting on a reply back for him.

Thoughts?

Have to agree with jb74.  Unless the seller is willing to let you back out, you need to pay for what you bid.  See if you can't re-sell it.

I'd say just try to relist it, and sell it. If they never got back with you about your question, before the auction ended, I doubt they'd let you out of the auction.

I noticed the same auction because i have been watching for another nib vision myself, so next time we bid against each other just kidding. It will never be like the vision too strong of a cover to even come close sorry.
