I have seen that some of the brands of tape, like AMF, are different than the others (being thinner).  I am used to Ebonite tape, but see a deal for Vise tape and am wondering if it is the same thickness as Ebonite tape.  Basically looking for anyone who has used both, and if there's any difference in thickness or feel to these.  I am guessing they are exactly the same, hope so at least, but don't want to invest in bulk for Vise tape and end up not liking it.  I like the Ebonite so if it's the same then that's good, the AMF bowlers tape is too thin (black stuff) and just doesn't work for me.
