Infinity Plus=Activator Plus?
« on: March 04, 2007, 04:22:09 AM »
This is a repost from the Elite board.

I've got the opportunity to get an Elite ball at a decent discount-at least to the point where it would cost about the same as most other equipment. I was looking at the Eclipse. Am I right in that the coverstock is essentially the Activator Plus?

Sorry if this is frowned upon here, but it looks like there have been plenty of views but no replies

Anybody know?  This will be the last time I bump this.  I've already ordered the ball hoping that it will be what I expect.  I've sent Elite a message through their web sight but I haven't dealt with them before, so I don't know how straight they're going to be with me.  When I do find out, if anybody is interested, I'll post here.  Who knows, I may actually put up a review even though my lack of knowlege of drillings may not really help anybody.

I just got an email from Elite.  This will be the last time you have to read this now.

The Elite plus coverstock is a bit cleaner than the Activator Plus coverstock that Brunswick uses. We have had great feedback from customers on this ball.
