Elbow pain advice
« on: December 03, 2024, 06:43:59 AM »
I have severe pain in my right elbow. My guess is tennis elbow. This is affecting my game tremendously. I do have a doctor's apt scheduled. Who has gone through this? Will cortisone shots help? I am currently wearing a brace but does not help much. I am devasted about this. I hope I can recover from this.

I have it from time to time, but an elbow brace works well for me

Elbow pain during or after bowling can be a sign of improper posture or overuse, so following your doctor's instructions or adjusting ball weights and practicing proper warm-up techniques can also help prevent further strain.
