my rev rate
« on: June 21, 2009, 05:46:56 AM »
I have managed to slap down my fundamentals and have been developing a power game recently.

I crank the ball with ease the way a robert smith would but my rev rate is in the 350 kind of zone.

I am a young bowler of 14 i was wondering would my rev rate eventually raise as I get older (within reason)

probably not too much more, as you get older, that kind of strain on your wrist isn't good, can lead to carpal tunnel.

Yes, you will have strain on your wrist despite what you think.  Just because it doesn't hurt, doesn't mean that there isn't any wear and tear involved.
