Make balls that strike no matter where or how you throw them?

Manufacture equipment that does the following:
1. Be durable and not die out after just a few games, even with proper maintenance.
2. Take surface changes easily.
3. Driller friendly with clear, easy to follow drilling instructions.
4. Create an arsenal of balls that don't overlap.
5. Have excellent customer service and stand behind the product.
