This is to ANYONE who has moderating power over the site, not just necessarily the appointed mods. You know, the owners of the site maybe . . If you're gonna be forum nazis, at least get rid of the stuff that's really offensive. Pizzahut290 should have been gone hours after he showed up, and if any of you are really paying attention, you'd know who he is. You'll lock a topic that might be moderately offensive to one person on this site, but won't remove the parasite that 100% of us can't stand.
