i'm bowling match play at a new jersey conference junior bowlers tour tournament...its getting late, me and my opponent are the last match still bowling before the finals, and were in the 7th frame of a close match.  he gets up and strikes on the right lane, and throws his first shot on the left lane and leaves the 2-4-5-8 bucket.  the pinsetter drops the 5 pin while sweeping the deck, so we had to have it respotted.  after 10 minutes, we finally see someone go into the back and set it up, doing it based on where he thought the pin should be, because the pin decks were apparantly too worn to see the spots.  it turns out the pin is offset by about 3 inches, and we both agreed that it needed to be reset again for it to be fair.  so once again, the guy had to go back and do it, only this time he put up a full rack and knocked the other pins down with that metal stick(i dont know what else to call it - it looks like a pitchfork).  so my friend gets up to shoot his spare, thinking the guy is out of the area in the back, and he chops the 5 pin, after all teh trouble to get it reset.  as he walks off the lane, i see something ive never seen before in my life...the guy that reset the pin was waiting above the lane...i dont know exactly how, and as the 5 pin remained standing, he swiped it off the deck with his "pitchfork" as a way to show his disgust at actually having to do his job!!!  i was completely in shock...i always imagined of someone waiting back there to do something as a joke, but i never thought i would live to see it.  has anyone ever seen anything like this, especially something similar to what happened to me and my friend?
